Neutralization activity of serum derived from ZIKV infected and vaccinated individuals is a critical component for characterizing immune response to infection and vaccine efficacy. This protocol describes a modified plaque reduction neutralization 50 (PRNT50) assay that includes an immunostaining step to improve reproducibility and throughput of the assay.",
