Abstract

A study was initiated to compare and quantify the levels of lysozyme on Etafilcon, Balafilcon, and Lotrafilcon contact lens materials. Lysozyme deposits were detected on all lens types. Post-hoc testing indicated that all lenses are significantly different from each other.
