Abstract
Appropriate programming and optimization of a cardiac resynchronization therapy device is required to achieve the maximum response. This chapter will review initial programming of the CRT device, subsequent optimization for poor responders and techniques for monitoring response to therapy. Particular attention is paid to CRT in pediatric and patients with congenital heart disease.
