N2 - On the basis of our review of the literature, it can be concluded that the advantages of E-A.C.A. include (1) safe execution of oral surgical procedures in persons with hemophilia of varying degrees of severity, (2) decrease or total elimination of the need for specific factor replacement therapy, (3) extremely positive cost effectiveness, and (4) reproducibility of results at different hemophilia centers.
