Abstract

Otitis media is an infection well known to pediatri-cians. However, facial paralysis associated with otitis media is not often a reported sequela. A review of the pediatric literature reveals little information on this association with only one published article during the past 10 years.1 We report four cases of facial paralysis resulting from otitis media.
