Abstract
We describe a patient with immune complex-mediated glomerulonephritis and leukocytoclastic vasculitis associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infectious mononucleosis. The patient required hemodialysis and has residual hypertension. This case implicates acute EBV infection as a cause of immune complex-mediated glomerulonephitis.
