Abstract
Isaacs' syndrome is an unusual and rare neurological condition characterized by stiffness and spasms of the skeletal muscle. It is an autoimmune disorder with autoantibodies directed against the peripheral nerve voltage-gated potassium channels. This article reviews the clinical and laboratory features, pathogenesis, and treatment of Isaacs' syndrome.
