Abstract
Recurrent pneumonitis due to Pseudomonas cepacia (EO I) developed in a previously healthy patient. Phagocyte bactericidal, peroxide generating and nitroblue tetrazolium reducing capacities were decreased. A relatively benign history and the good health of the patient at age 22 yr set this case apart from other cases of chronic granulomatous disease.
