A case is presented of a twenty-two-year survivor following pulmonary resection of a solitary embryonal cell carcinoma metastasis from a primary teratocarcinoma of the testis. The literature is reviewed with regard to this problem, and the criteria for pulmonary resection of metastatic lesions are presented.
