Abstract

We describe five patients who share clinical, histopathological, therapeutic response, and immunofluorescence criteria for both dermatitis herpetiformis and pemphigoid. Furthermore, one patient who was studied over a period of time changed from fulfilling all the criteria of dermatitis herpetiformis to those of bullous pemphigoid.
