Abstract

Because of the complex issues surrounding frontal sinus fractures, we evaluate alternative management strategies for frontal sinus fractures involving the frontal sinus outflow tract. In this article, we describe issues related to frontal sinus fracture management, alternative strategies with illustrative case reports, and a discussion of our rationale.
