Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) Are you too small? The small molecule (M W=297) shown here was discovered to be an inhibitor of the KIX-KID interaction by using a novel Renilla luciferase complementation assay. This compound also inhibits CREB-mediated gene transcription in living cells.
