General, Surgical, and Functional Anatomy for Vascular Lesions of Head and Neck

Knowledge of anatomy is the cornerstone of surgery. This chapter focuses on the anatomical and surgical considerations for readers considering surgery of vascular tumors. While the blood supply of the head and neck is rich and provides a great zone for flaps, they add complexity to tumors of vascular origin.
