Abstract

Two patients had intractable angina pectoris due to left-coronary-artery to left-ventricle fistulas. Surgical repair resulted in complete relief of symptoms. Postoperative cardiac catheterization showed obliteration of the fistulas with preservation of ventricular function. Operative therapy is indicated in this disorder.
