Lysozyme deposition and removal from a high Dk silicone-hydrogel contact lens material: a comparison of 7 day vs 30 day wear

Abstract

The degree of lysozyme deposition and its ease of removal from a high Dk silicone-hydrogel lens, when worn for 7 to 30 days on a continuous wear modality, was assessed. The lens material exhibited extremely low levels of lysozyme deposition. No significant difference was found between the two wearing periods.
