Abstract
Fluctuations are variations in symptom control that Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients experience with a chronic use of dopaminergic medications. It is very common and important to recognize them, as choices exist to lessen this phenomenon. Treatments include altering the frequency, dose, and absorption of medicines, using different classes of medications, and brain surgery.
