Rapidly developing cavitating pulmonary metastases

We describe the first reported case of cavitating pulmonary metastases from an osseous angiosarcoma. The differential diagnosis of cavitating pulmonary lesions and the distinguishing histologic characteristics of angiosarcoma are presented.
