Abstract

Robert V. Rose, MS, RN, NEA-BC, is a passionate and dedicated nursing leader who demonstrates this by his active leadership roles within his state and at the national level. At the time of this interview, he served as the senior vice president of patient care services and chief nurse executive (CNE) for the Northeast Texas Region of CHRISTUS Health. Currently, he is the chief nurse executive Central Division—Carolinas Health System in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Rose has served nationally on the AONE board of directors and currently serves as the colead for East Texas region–Texas Team Advancing a Culture of Health in Texas. He was also just appointed to the American Hospital Association Committee on Clinical Leadership (CCL) starting in January 2018.
