Abstract
We present a case of a high-risk surgical patient with prior surgical Alfieri stitch and recurrent severe mitral regurgitation. In cases with suitable anatomy, mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair and vascular plug closure of a small regurgitant orifice can be used with excellent results.
