N2 - Bone grafting in orthognathic surgery is used for a variety of reasons, including promoting healing, buttressing large osteotomy gaps, and prevention of skeletal relapse post-operatively. With the ever-changing landscape of available grafting materials, it is possible to overlook a rich supply of autogenous bone which is readily available during orthognathic surgery. This purpose of this paper is to outline a comprehensive list of intra-oral autogenous bone harvest sites, all of which are readily available and accessible during routine orthognathic surgery. The aim of these techniques is to aid the surgeon in maximizing stability of the surgical construct while minimizing cost and morbidity.
