Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, Black Lives Matter protests, and wildfires have torn apart Portland, Oregon. But if there is a bright side, it's that many eyes, hearts, and minds have been opened, says the President of Oregon Health & Science University. He describes the academic medical center's internal and external processes to become a truly traumainformed, multicultural, anti-racist institution.
